As any of us, I am deeply aware of the pain and challenges life comes with. This is why I created “Halo,” a mental health blog hosted on our website. Inspired by the personal grief I have experienced from a young age, the name “Halo” serves as a reminder of the everlasting presence of those I have lost.

The purpose of this digital space is simple: to offer comfort, support, and empowerment. It is a soul call to remind you that you are not alone and that you deserve love and care. My goal is to help you find joy in the little things, let go of anything weighing you down, and fall in love with life again despite its difficulties.

As the founder of Afia by A.W.E, my focus extends beyond physical self-care to include mental health because your healing and happiness matter.
